Cable operator UPC Ireland is offering 30 full time positions to successful candidates who complete the Jobseekers Support Programme (JSSP) 2013. The new roles are being created at UPC's national customer service and administration centre in the Limerick Enterprise Development Park in Roxboro. The first phase of enrolments is being filled by applicants who underwent an 8-week training programme including two weeks on the job training and who qualified as Technical Service Desk agents (TSD).
